EX12 Design and Application Engineers Core Competence Certification

The CompEx Ex12 course covers the application design and selection of electrical equipment, along with the requirements of IEC 60079-14: Electrical installations design, selection and erection, this includes but not limited to the selection of equipment, cabling and cable glands and design of intrinsically safe systems etc.  The course fully addresses the designer’s requirements to the new 2014 Installation and Inspection Standards. The ExVeritas course is unique, developed  from the ground up to be ‘learn by doing’ rather than learn by listening. Our unique practice assignments, classroom workshops and practice exams to ensure that all delegates are properly prepared for all of the final qualification examinations. The ExVeritas Ex12 course has been designed specifically for Designers and Applications Engineers, significantly expanding on the Ex01-Ex04 content and adding a vast amount of new information including a full day on intrinsically safe systems. We have developed the most comprehensive range of course hand outs, course homework’s and course learning aids to ensure that candidates are properly prepared for examinations. Here is an example of some typical delegate feedback we received on passing CompEx EX12… As ExVeritas are also a UK Government Appointed Body for UKCA ‘Ex’, an ATEX Notified Body and an IECEx Certification Body, we have 400 years Ex experience within our Group including specialist instructors in many areas such as area classification or intrinsic safety, this means we can answer all of your questions, ExVeritas uses our in house developed cloud-based e-learning system called ‘Learn Ex,’ once registered candidates can have immediate access to course notes which are updated electronically.  Simply visit LearnEx for further details about the benefits of this unique system.
