Joint ATEX & UKCA File Lodge with upload option offering immediate File Lodge Certificate’ issue
Using the unique ExVeritas Certification Management System (CMS) you can now ‘upload’ your Technical Files directly and receive a signed File Lodge Certificate from both an ATEX Notified Body and a UKCA Ex Government Approved Body immediately*. Technical files lodged with ExVeritas Group are covered for both ATEX and UKCA EPS Regulations and allow for a 5-year manufacturing period (15 years total retention). Each Product will receive a File Lodge Certificate with unique certificate number (available immediately after submission)
To upload a file for both ATEX and UKCA, simply log in to CMS (or create an account if you do not already have one) and press the ‘lodge file’ button! Once Lodged you will have immediate access to you File Lodge Certificate and be able to view the lodged file and important info ration such as the end of lodge date (you will also receive curtesy emails automatically if a lodge expires!)
ExVeritas have switched to a ‘credits’ system to make lodging files cheaper and easier. One Credit = 1 File Lodge for both UKCA and ATEX, Simple! Using credits allows us to offer discounts for companies that wish to upload many files over a year without having to raise numerous small purchase orders. Payment can be via Credit Card online or by Purchase Order if you prefer. Credit’s cost £500 for 1 Credit or £2000 for 5 Credits (£400 per joint lodge). Further discounts are available for more than 5 credits if you contact ExVeritas. The credits will remain in your account perpetually until used.
