Overview: 

The ISO/IEC 80079-34 Lead Auditor Training Course has been designed and developed by Ex Manufacturing, Quality Management, Learning & Development, Audit and Explosive Atmospheres industry experts. Recognizing a gap in the learning & development space and based on a demand from manufacturers and certification bodies, this course aims to bridge that gap in addressing the key principles of auditing best practices and the key requirements of the ISO/IEC 80079-34 standard, empowering auditors to have the confidence, skills and knowledge in order to conduct risk-based, process-based audits of their QMS, ensuring essential standards are adhered to when manufacturing and placing Ex equipment onto the market. The course builds on the already established ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training, exploring audit and quality management best practices, risk management, Ex compliance and Ex protection concepts in more depth. Thus, ensuring that candidates leave the course feeling comfortable with the key requirements of ISO/IEC 80079-34 and how to audit effectively, adding the most value, ensuring Ex product conformity, reduced waste, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
