The ExVeritas Group of companies continues its expansion with a new facility and Certification Body opening in Denmark. ExVeritas ApS will offer ATEX, IECEx and CompEx Certification together with UKAS (ILAC) accredited ISO9001 and API QMS Certification.
The new facility is headed up by the highly experienced Mr Peter Lauritzen. Peter has worked in the Ex Certification industry for 19 years, starting at UL DEMKO in (1999) and holding senior position in several other ATEX, IECEx and QMS Notified Organisations like Intertek and TÜV Nord. Peter is a Technical expert in most aspects of ATEX and is of course backed by the rest of the ExVeritas Team who collectively have over 300 years’ experience in ATEX and IECEx Certification.
Peter, the Managing Director of ExVeritas in Denmark, said ‘I have personally known the ExVeritas Group Directors for over 20 years and they have always put customer service first, we will be able to offer ATEX and IECEx Certification together with the necessary Quality Certifications in one efficient and cost-effective project’.
ExVeritas is an ATEX Notified Body and IECEx Certification Body providing internationally recognised product certification for global markets together with the necessary Quality System Certification including UKAS accredited ISO9001:2015. For manufacturing and industrial sites, we offer safety consultancy including area classification, design, installation, Ex inspection and explosion risk assessment. We also offer accredited training and competence certification for CompEx and API Q1 and Q2 personnel together with specialist and bespoke training. ExVeritas is also the developer of ‘iEx’, the industry leading cloud based ‘Ex’ asset management and inspection software.

We have already applied for local DANAK accreditation and ATEX Notification for the facility which will be developed rapidly in to a full stand-alone test and certification centre in mainland Europe.
