Free Explosion Safety Seminar (DSEAR)

ExVeritas are providing a free seminar entitled ‘Explosion Safety – Meeting UK legislation (DSEAR)’

DSEAR

Company that use or store flammable substances (this includes dust such as flour or wood, flammable liquids such as paint thinners or petrol and gas, such as LPG or bottled gasses) are required by law to conduct an assessment to the ‘Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations’ (DSEAR) and take the necessary actions to reduce the risk of fire and explosions to an acceptable level. As there have been a number of recent gas and dust explosions in the UK, ExVeritas have decided to offer our services free of charge to raise awareness about the technical and managerial measures required for explosion prevention for both gas and dust explosive atmospheres.

The two hour seminar will include information on the recent updates to the area classification and installation and inspection standards normally used for DSEAR compliance.

The seminar will be on 23rd March 2016 and will start at 10am (1st session) or 1pm (2nd Session) and refreshments will be provided. ExVeritas is located between Wrexham and Chester (North West/North Wales)

To book a place on the DSEAR seminar (numbers are limited), please contact us.
