Fast, Cost Effective & Reliable Emissions Testing

We offer a lower cost EMC service by specialising in smaller equipment (up to around a meter cubed or 18U rack) and site testing (for larger equipment).  By operating in this area only (not having a chamber you can drive a car in!) we have lower overheads, and our charge out costs are lower.

Our EMC GTEM test cell provides a fully calibrated  and traceable test facility for the fast, accurate measurement of the EMI/EMC performance of  your products. The  test cell provides the capabilities to test to IEC 61000-4-3, domestic, commercial, medical and industrial levels. For emissions and immunity, these cells meet the requirements of  IEC 61000-4-20 (The cell is fully correlated and traceable to a 3 Meter  OATS)

We can test over a wide frequency range, from 30MHz to well above 3GHz. Open Field/Site testing can also be preformed with our standard antenna and calibrated reference source to provide a higher level of integrity to measurements not conducted in a test cell.

Immunity testing is also a vital part of ‘functional safety’ (SIL) as immunity is often vital to avoid common mode failures. ATEX now has mandatory functional safety requirements for safety systems or protective systems.

ExVeritas offer full testing and assessment to the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the Machinery Directive. We specialise in delivering explosion protection for machines containing explosive atmospheres (dust handling, turbines etc.)
