If you are new to explosive atmosphere design it can be a daunting task, there are many protection concepts (all with design, manufacturing and potentially sales advantages and disadvantages), legislation, multiple CE Marking Directives and even Quality Audits.

 

Most company would benefit from help in this area, most companies would design faster and produce a product that is cheaper to manufacture and market friendly if they had experts on hand. The reality is that the most of the experts in this field work for Notified Bodies (as we used to) and that Notified Bodies are NOT permitted to give design consultancy.

 

We can offer design consultancy on your product, we can source parts  and design/build prototypes for testing . At the end of the design phase we can handle the Certification and CE Making, all for a firm cost.

 

We cover everything required to get your product compliant with your specifications or legal requirements, including testing, assessing generating the Technical File, CAD Certification drawings and signing the Declaration of Conformity as a Legal Representative in Europe if required.

Prototype Building Service

ExVeritas have a fully equipped machine shop with turning, milling and drilling, metal fabrication, TIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
